Club Services Manager

The Club Services Manager is an exciting new role designed to add quality and efficiency to the BGCMCO TEAM. This role will be central to the organization’s commitment to measure program effectiveness and presents an exciting opportunity to dive into vast amounts of data and help BGCMCO tell the amazing story of impact in our communities. The ideal candidate will approach the work from a holistic viewpoint of how programs are uniquely tied to impact, and the best ways to introduce synergies between operations and measurement. They will have experience with the ability to provide quality program evaluation, preferably in a non-profit setting. Experience working with youth in dynamic growing communities and partnering with community based organizations is a plus.


The Manager will drive evaluation efforts at BGCMCO to a new level of sophistication, developing and implementing new opportunities to build knowledge and evidence with an eye toward long-term growth, sustainability, and program refinement.


POSITION SUMMARY:

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Marshall County seeks a detail-oriented individual with strong interpersonal and organizational skills to serve as the full-time Club Services Manager. As the primary staff for our fast-paced front desk area, this individual will provide patient, attentive, and positive customer service for our youth and families while executing Club policies and procedures, while providing a safe environment. This position also reports to the Office Manager to assist with bookkeeping and HR support that may include but not limited to, completing bi-weekly payroll, and perform other various office management tasks. This position requires confidentiality at all times.
